Job Summary:
The Dietary/Kitchen Aide is responsible for aiding all food functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures.
Essential Duties:
•Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders. Also ensure food, kitchen, facility etc., is prepared or kept in accordance with sanitary regulations.
•Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
•Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
•Assist in preparation, cooking and clean-up of meals and prep areas.
